Vitacid tretinoin is an external drug preparation produced by Surya Dermato Medica Lab. This drug contains retinoic acid which is indicated to remove blackheads, remove acne, and disguise acne scars.
Vitacid 0.1 Tretinoin Cream is Tretinoin increases mitosis and epidermal skin cell turnover and suppresses keratin synthesis. Increased skin permeability causes loss of fluid making it easier to exfoliate the skin and prevent the formation of new comedones.

Indication:
Vitacid 0.1 Tretinoin Cream is indicated for the topical treatment of acne especially grades 1-3, where there are many comedones, papules, and pustules, but is ineffective in most cases of severe pustular and nodular cystic varieties (acne conglobata).
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to Tretinoin. Side effects that may appear are itching, stinging sensation, skin redness.

How to use:
Vitacid 0.1 Tretinoin Cream should be used once a day before going to bed. Apply a thin layer to cover the pimple using your fingertips. Excessive use of the drug will not improve the results of treatment but will cause side effects such as redness, peeling of the skin. During use, a temporary burning or stinging sensation may occur. If deemed necessary, stop using the drug for a while or to reduce the frequency of use. Continue to use the drug again when the patient has tolerated it. During the initial weeks of treatment it seems as though there is an increase in inflammation. This is due to the medicinal properties acting on deep blackheads and papules, which were previously invisible. In general, treatment results will appear at week 2 or 3 and optimal results appear at week 6.
