Tretinoin

Tretinoin derived from vitamin A derivatives is the most topical therapy
Often used for mild to moderate acne. Tretinoin has an effect
comedolytic, with side effects skin desquamation, erythema, hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation.

Tretinoin is most commonly used to treat acne,^[4] both inflammatory and noninflammatory. Contraindications: Use of the product should be discontinued if hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients is noted.

How to use:

Should be used once a day before going to bed. Apply a thin layer to cover the pimple using your fingertips. Excessive use of the drug will not improve the results of treatment but will cause side effects such as redness, peeling of the skin. During use, a temporary burning or stinging sensation may occur. If deemed necessary, stop using the drug for a while or reduce the frequency of use. Continue to use the drug again when the patient has tolerated it. During the initial weeks of treatment it seems as though there is an increase in inflammation. This is due to the medicinal properties acting on deep blackheads and papules, which were previously invisible. In general, treatment results will appear at week 2 or 3 and optimal results appear at week 6.
