Medscab Cream is a cream preparation containing permethrin. Permethrin is a pyrethroid scabicide and a pediculicide that works by interfering with the entry of Na ions through nerve cell membrane channels in parasites causing delayed repolarization and eventually paralysis and death in parasites. This cream is used to treat scabies. The use of this drug must be in accordance with the instructions of the doctor.
General Indication: Treatment for scabies (scabies), mites, head lice, and body lice.
Composition: Permethrin 5%
How to use: Applied medscab cream to the sore (Apply a thin layer of 5% permethrin cream all over the body, including the neck, behind the ears, palms and soles of the feet. Leave it 8–14 hours before rinsing. If necessary, the dose can be repeated after 7–14 days from the first use). While using permethrin, avoid contact with the eyes, nose or mouth. If this area is accidentally exposed to the drug, clean it immediately and rinse it under running water.
Contra Indication: Hypersensitivity to permethrin. pyrethroid synthesis, or pyrethrins.
